Litigation Assistant to Partner | Prestigious Law Firm

Beverly Hills - Onsite

$165,000

About the Opportunity

A prestigious, multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to provide high-level support to a Partner. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, highly discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires a proactive professional who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with ease, and serves as a trusted partner in keeping the attorney operating at peak efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Partner's complex calendar, coordinating meetings, court appearances, client engagements, deadlines, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries that account for time zones and demanding schedules.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Partner, clients, attorneys, court personnel, and internal business services teams, ensuring timely follow-up on priorities and action items.
  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate logistics for client meetings and virtual conferences, and assist with agendas and meeting notes as needed.
  • Draft, proofread, revise, and finalize legal correspondence, client communications, engagement letters, presentations, and other complex documents using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Litera Change Pro.
  • Assist with document management, legal formatting, redlining, and version comparisons while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Process expense reports, client billing support, invoice approvals, and other administrative functions.
  • Screen calls, manage incoming communications, and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests and responding on the Partner's behalf.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience supporting a law firm Partner, senior attorney, or executive-level professional within a legal environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Litera Change Pro.
  • Experience managing confidential legal matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-service-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as business needs require.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
