Step into a rewarding role utilizing your expertise in school psychology, supporting K-5 students onsite across two elementary schools. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in educational settings, working closely with faculty, students, and families. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 21, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid ‘Professional Special Services License’ from the Colorado Department of Education, or have an active application in process if relocating.
  • Previous experience in school settings as a School Psychologist required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to describe experience and expertise confidently during interviews.
  • Energetic, positive, and engaging personality welcomed.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite exclusively at designated elementary schools.
  • For travel professionals: preparedness around local housing research and travel planning is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to support student success.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans.
  • Provide direct support to students both individually and in groups to address academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs.
  • Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding intervention strategies and overall student well-being.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
