Quality Control Inspector

We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier manufacturing client in Billerica, MA.
Pay Rate: $28 to $30 hourly
Shift: 1st shift, 7am–3:30pm (8Hr Day, Monday–Friday) Onsite 100%
Job Duties:

• Building, repairing, and testing electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components
• Using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions to perform assembly and troubleshooting tasks
• Performing audits to ensure all necessary parts are available; inspecting parts for defects and improving processes
• Utilizing test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components
• Completing required job documentation, including data entry, progress tracking, and labor details
• Performing computer programming, repairs, and software installs as needed
• Working independently with minimal supervision and acting as an informal resource for junior colleagues

• Possess related technical trainings and certifications
• Demonstrate solid analytical skills and the ability to solve problems using established procedures or scientific methods
• Have experience operating as a peer leader or trainer
• Are proficient in semiconductor manufacturing concepts and processes (ASSEET; BSEET preferred)
• Are comfortable with physically demanding tasks: standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting, color distinction, working in noisy environments, and operating heavy machinery
• Can work safely in a cleanroom environment with PPE (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, face shields)
