Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support executive leadership for a global company in the West LA area. This role requires you to be onsite three days a week. This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex schedules, calendar management, coordinating logistics, and keeping executive priorities organized. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism and efficiency. Previous experience as a Senior level EA and/or as a Chief of Staff is ideal.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive calendars by organizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary coordination tailored to business needs.
• Manage changes to travel schedules and provide timely updates when adjustments are needed.
• Coordinate executive meetings by securing meeting times, confirming attendees, and supporting smooth meeting logistics.
• Prepare and distribute itinerary details, calendar updates, and scheduling information to keep plans accurate and accessible.
• Serve as a key administrative partner by anticipating needs, tracking priorities, and helping executives stay focused on critical objectives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative capacity.• Strong ability to manage calendars involving multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Hands-on experience booking and coordinating business travel arrangements.
• Comfortable organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
