This position involves working with schools in the greater Littleton and Greenwood Village area, where school psychologists are consistently valued and in demand. The district often utilizes itinerant models, giving you the opportunity to support students across a range of grade levels and settings.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist in educational settings
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills highly valued, though not mandatory
  • Familiarity with itinerant service delivery is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ educational and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop appropriate intervention plans
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to students
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help guide best practices for student success
  • Offer recommendations for tiered interventions and consult with staff regarding classroom management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
