CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in MO & KS

Compensation

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000 with highest performing drivers earning $100,000+
  • Average Mileage - 2,000-3,000 per week
  • CPM: 70
    • Includes:
      • 5 CPM for Safety
      • 5 CPM for Fuel
      • 5 CPM for Performance / On-Time (eligible after 2,550 miles)
• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $2,500 Driver Referral Bonus
• Per Diem - Non-Taxable
• Detention Pay
• Breakdown Pay
• Good DOT Inspection Pay
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Weekly Home Time
• Route: Central & Eastern Time Zones
  • NO NYC - We focus on keeping our drivers in the Central and Eastern portions of the country.
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight
  • Drop and hook and live load and unload

Equipment 

• Drive a 2023, 2024, or 2025 model truck.
• Brands include Kenworth • Peterbilt • Freightliner • Volvo
• All trucks include:
  • Automatic transmission
  • Inverter
  • Refrigerator
  • 68 MPH pedal / 69 MPH cruise
  • Love's fuel account
  • Penske maintenance

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 23 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• Preferred no more than 3 jobs in the last 1 year
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years 
• Meet company & insurance requirements
• Acceptable MVR and PSP
• Safe driving history
• Reliable and professional
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring drives within 90 miles of:
  • Springfield, MO
  • Verona, MO
  • Frontenac, KS
