Job Description
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients. The technologist may work across the Radiology Department, Emergency Department, Operating Room, and bedside settings.
Shift: Day Shift | Primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $30.11+/hour, based on education and experience
Relocation: Up to $5,000
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and obtain high-quality images.
- Position patients appropriately and adjust equipment/exposure factors according to established guidelines.
- Explain procedures to patients and provide professional, compassionate care.
- Follow radiation safety practices to protect patients and staff.
- Assist Radiologists and support imaging procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and work with various computer and imaging systems.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Registered or registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist.
- Kansas Radiologic Technology license required.
- ARRT certification preferred; eligible graduates may be considered.
- BLS/CPR certification preferred or may be completed within 90 days of hire.
