• Teamwork: Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and delegates/oversees appropriate patient-care activities
\n
• Documentation: Comprehensive assessment and ongoing care documentation required
\n
• Quality: Participation in unit-based quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

• Preferred: Previous nursing experience and BSN
