\nNumber of Beds – 3 OR's for Spine and Joint
\n9 for Spine and Joint and 4 for our International Hip Preservation Center

- Number of Staff – 60 \n

- Day Shift – one Charge RN, one Unit Secretary, we staff 8-11 rooms on a daily basis. Mon-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are call only. \n
- Night Shift - Night call is from 5P – 11P, Monday thru Friday, No overnight required. \n
\n - Patient Ratios – N/A \n
- Type of equipment – Spines and Joints \n
- EMR - Meditech / CPN \n
Typical hiring profile
\nSkill Set Most recruited for: Operating Room RN's
\nMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
\n- \n
- Minimum 1-year current hospital OR experience \n
- BLS and ACLS \n
- Spine and Joint experience is required \n
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

- Joint Scrub experience \n
- Prior Meditech experience \n

- Spine fusions, ALIFS and all spine cases \n
- Total joint replacement \n
