Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 3x12-hour shifts). Target start date: October 5, 2026.
\n
• Call & Holiday Requirements: 2 call shifts per week required. Holidays and on-call are mandatory.
\n
• Housing & RTO Policies: Shared housing may be available within 30 miles based on capacity (no smoking, pets, families, or partners allowed). All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed during the interview process.
\n

Key Facility Policies & Multi-Site Coverage

\n

• Facility Profile: Level IV Trauma Center / Critical Access Hospital.
\n
• Floating & Location Coverage: Primarily covers the Kremmling ED, with possible coverage required in nearby Granby and Fraser, CO.
\n

\n

Requirements & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience: Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred.
\n
• Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.
\n
• Certifications: AHA ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, and CEN required according to facility standards.
\n
