\n· Number of Beds - 41
\n· Number of Staff – 60
\n· Type of staff:
\no Day Shift – 1 charge, 9 RN's,
\no Night Shift – 1 charge, 9 RN's
\n· Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 (rare)
\n· Type of equipment – HFOV, Central Lines, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, Ostomy care,
\n· EMR – CPN and Meditech
\nTypical hiring profile
\nSkill Set Most recruited for:
\nMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
\n· Level II-III NICU experience
\nPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
\n· Level III-IV experience
\nList typical procedures performed on unit(s):
\n· Surgery (except heads/hearts)
\n· Respiratory support
\n· MicroPremie care
\nBest personality Fit:
\n· Teamwork oriented
\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
\n· BLS, NRP
\nFloating Area(s):
