American Traveler is hiring a Night Nursing Supervisor RN requiring ME or compact RN licensure, ED experience, and a minimum of 4 years acute care experience.

- Hospital-wide nursing supervisor role covering night shift operations \n
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week \n
- 13-week assignment \n
- \n
- Active RN license in the State of Maine or compact license, or Authorization to Practice pending licensure by endorsement \n
- BSN preferred, or willingness to obtain \n
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience required, with 4 years of acute care experience preferred \n
- ED experience required \n
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required \n
- NRP certification required within 6 months of hire \n
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in age-appropriate patient care using the nursing process \n
- Strong leadership skills including communication, organization, conflict management, and problem-solving \n
- Ability to function independently and act rapidly in emergency situations \n

- Supervise hospital-wide nursing operations in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer or Director of Nursing \n
- Coordinate age-appropriate patient care activities across nursing services in the absence of Unit Directors \n
- Provide overall management and oversight of facility operations during assigned shifts \n
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values \n
