📋 Role Overview:
\n • Verify medication orders and ensure safe medication dispensing
\n • Oversee compounding personnel and pharmacy operations
\n • Support inpatient acute care pharmacy services
\n • Escalate operational issues when needed and collaborate with leadership
\n • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and workflow management
\n • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

✅ Requirements:
\n • Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
\n • 2+ years of acute care/inpatient pharmacy experience
\n • EPIC experience required
\n • BLS (AHA) certification required
\n • Strong clinical pharmacy and medication verification experience
