Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital where you'll care for Med Surg, Telemetry, and occasional PCU patients in a fast-paced adaptive acuity environment.

- 🏥 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital \n
- 👥 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 (PCU care 1:3 when needed) \n
- 💲 Charge Differential Available \n

- Active Vermont RN License or Compact License \n
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required \n
- 2+ years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience \n
- Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED) \n
- PCU experience strongly required \n
- IV drip experience required (including Insulin, Esmolol, and Sodium drips) \n
- Minimum 3 months of travel experience \n
- Must have your own vehicle \n
- Willing to float to inpatient units within scope of practice \n

- Med Surg & Telemetry \n
- Adaptive Acuity Unit with occasional PCU-level care \n
- Drip management \n
- Charge responsibilities required \n
