 Mandatory Qualifications for this Job\n

\n
• Active Arkansas RN License or Multistate Compact RN License.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER/ED) RN experience required.
\n
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
\n
• Current ACLS certification required.
\n
• Current PALS certification required.
\n
• NRP certification required; candidates may complete NRP onsite if needed.
\n

 Roles and Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Department patients.
\n
• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patients based on acuity.
\n
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
\n
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as ordered.
\n
• Assist with emergency procedures and respond to critical situations.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.
\n
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care.
\n
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
\n
• Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care.
\n

This is a 12-week Travel RN – Emergency Room assignment with an ASAP start date, offering $68/hour for a day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. Candidates must have an active Arkansas RN or Multistate Compact License, at least 2 years of recent ER/ED RN experience, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. NRP is required but may be completed onsite if needed. Candidates should be prepared to provide safe emergency nursing care, perform rapid patient assessments, respond to critical situations, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the emergency care team.
