- Active New Hampshire RN License is required. \n
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred. \n
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required. \n
- Previous Behavioral Health/Psychiatric or Geropsychiatric nursing experience preferred. \n
- Current AHA BLS/BCLS Certification required. \n
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessments, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions. \n
- Experience with mental health documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning. \n
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. \n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to geropsychiatric patients. \n
- Perform mental and physical assessments and monitor patient conditions. \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Develop and update individualized treatment and care plans. \n
- Lead therapeutic groups, patient education, and one-on-one interventions. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams. \n
- Complete admissions, progress notes, discharge planning, and clinical documentation. \n
- Monitor patient safety, therapeutic outcomes, and quality of care. \n
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance \n
