\n

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
\n Responsibilities:
\n • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
\n • Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
\n • Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
\n • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
\n • Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
\n Qualifications:
\n • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
\n • Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
\n • Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
