Job Description
Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join its established, hospital-employed OB/GYN group. This is an excellent opportunity to practice alongside an experienced and collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
\nThe NP will spend the majority of their time in the hospital setting. This provider will provide inpatient rounding, caring for hospitalized patients on behalf of the group.
\nPosition Highlights:

- Hospital-employed position with an established OB/GYN practice \n
- Majority of time spent in the hospital \n
- Conduct clinical rounds for patients in the hospital (L&D, Antepartum, Postpartum, and Post Op) \n
- Collaborate with physicians in the group to coordinate medical management and provide seamless patient oversight \n

- Typical day schedule (Monday – Friday) \n
- No call required \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Alabama or eligible to obtain Alabama NP licensure \n
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health \n
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within an established OB/GYN team \n
