\n Job Description
\n Join an energetic clinical team in Great Bend, KS, as a PACU and PreOp Registered Nurse supporting patients through pre-procedural preparation and post-anesthesia recovery. In this day-shift role, your daily workflow includes conducting pre-op evaluations, managing post-anesthesia airway recovery, monitoring sedation, and coordinating safe patient discharges across varied day shifts. \n Requirements
\n 1+ year of recent clinical experience in PACU and PreOp settings
\n Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Compact/Multi-State License
\n Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
\n Unit stability with no floating required outside of PACU/PreOp
\n Essential clinical competencies in pre-op assessments, post-anesthesia airway management, Phase I and Phase II recovery care, and acute post-op monitoring
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Previous travel nursing contract experience
\n CPAN (Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse) or CAPA (Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse) certifications
\n Proficiency with perioperative electronic health record (EHR) documentation systemsExperience Preferred: Previous travel experience
\n License/ Certification Requirements: KS RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
