- Evaluate, plan, and implement patient‑centered PT treatment plans \n
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence \n
- Document accurately and timely within EMR systems \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and discharge planning \n
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals \n
