• OT opportunities likely due to increased delivery volume

• Small 5-bed unit
\n
• Approximately 30–37 births/month
\n
• May occasionally help Med Surg with medications only — no patient assignment
\n

Required Experience

\n

• 5+ years of experience required
\n
• LDRP experience required
\n
• Candidate needs comprehensive L&D/Postpartum/Newborn experience appropriate for an LDRP setting
\n

\n

Required Certifications

• BLS
\n
• ACLS
\n
• NRP
\n
• STABLE\n

  • Unit contact is instructor-certified and will accept completion of the online portion only
  \n
\n

\n

Unit / Charting

\n

\n
• 5-bed unit
\n
• 30–37 births per month
\n
• OBIX during delivery
\n
• Meditech after delivery
\n
• Nearby hospitals have closed their L&D units, which may create additional census and OT opportunities
\n

\n

Housing

\n

\n
• Free housing provided
\n
• Alternatively, travelers can find their own housing in:\n
  \n
  • Bloomington – approximately 35 minutes east
  \n
  • Champaign – approximately 40 minutes south
  \n
\n
