\n - Patient Ratios – 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6 \n
- Type of equipment - Some lifts for mobility. Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, Foley \n
- EMR - Meditech \n

\nSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
\nMust have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

- BLS \n
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Ortho experience \n
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

- Ortho/ Trauma background preferred \n
- Medical/Surgical acceptable and welcomed \n
