Babysitter Needed

Hey There! My husband and I are first time parents, and we both work from home. We're looking for a nanny for 2-3 days per week (still working out dates but would be M-Th -- never Fri-Sun) for our wonderful 4. 5 mo old daughter. The hours would roughly be around 8/9 a.m. to 3/4 p.m. We're looking for somebody who is a self starter -- able to recognize when help is needed and how to step in, somebody creative/fun, somebody with a passion for childhood development, and somebody who can demonstrate kindness and respect for our little one.
