Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 autistic children in Columbia. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke. We also prefer a nanny who's patient and experienced in handling autistic children.
