Childcare Needed

I'm seeking a reliable, loving nanny who truly enjoys engaging with toddlers and making each day fun, active, and enriching. The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, and naturally attentive; someone who does more than supervise, and instead actively connects, creates games, encourages exploration, and brings joy and consistency to my little's day. I'm looking for someone who is imaginative, proactive, and fully child-focused, with a commitment to a screen-free, phone-free caregiving style. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation and be a non-smoker. My schedule can vary, so some afternoon flexibility would be great. This is a screen-free home.
