High-Speed Digital Drinkware Operator – 1st Shift
Position Overview
Alliance Workforce is seeking a High-Speed Digital Drinkware Operator to join a busy production team in St. Petersburg! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine operation, digital printing, or production experience who enjoys working with equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment used to customize drinkware while ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $17/hr — Negotiable based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday

What You'll Do
- Operate high-speed digital printing equipment to produce customized drinkware.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for different production runs.
- Perform product changeovers as needed.
- Monitor equipment during production and identify potential issues.
- Inspect finished products for print quality, alignment, and accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic part replacement.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance when repairs are needed.
- Work closely with Production and Quality Control teams to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous machine operation, digital printing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital printing processes and machine mechanics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to remain focused and productive throughout the workday.
