\tClient are hiring Manufacturing Engineers to support our production teams in Everett, WA. Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor.
\tPrimary Responsibilities:
\tAssists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
\tParticipates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions.
\tWorks with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
\tAssists in implementing manufacturing plans.
\tResolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
\tAssists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
\tInterfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.
\tThis position is a Production Engineering role and requires direct interfacing with the people, parts, and equipment on the production floor. A typical day could include:
\tSpending up to 8 hours on feet standing/walking on the production floor
\tClimbing ladders or stairs to access equipment or airplane sections
\tWorking at heights or in tight spaces
\tWearing required PPE
\tRequired Skills:
\tBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
\tDegree in Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred
\tExperience working in an engineering discipline.
\tExperience working in a manufacturing/ production environment.

Preferred Skills:

\t5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\tExperience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
\tEducation / Experience:
\tBachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
