Maintenance Lead - 3rd Shift
Location: Monroe, WI
Pay: $33.26 per hour
Pay includes a 15% shift differential for hours worked between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Overtime as Required)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (T-H)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for a 3rd Shift opportunity in Monroe, WI. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and a background in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
Responsibilities - Lead and support the maintenance team during assigned shifts
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with production personnel to support operational goals
- Train and mentor maintenance team members as needed
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or lead maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- $33.26 per hour
- 15% shift differential included for applicable hours
