Cinema and Gallery AV Technical Lead (37457327)

\tDuties:We are seeking a highly skilled Cinema and Gallery A/V Technician to operate Audio, Video, and Projection systems in our state-of-the-art facilities at Dolby's HQ. This role will be responsible for operating systems for media demos of Dolby Technologies, Film Screenings, Presentations, and Events. Additionally, this position will require weekday, weekend, and evening availability.

Job Functions and Qualifications:

\tOperate audio, video, lighting, and projection systems and provide technical assistance for our Cinema and Gallery demos and events.
\tQuickly and accurately route digital and analog signals through networked systems and physical patch bays.
\tSet up and operate small PA systems and presentation monitors for events throughout the building.
\tAssist in content management on projection systems, and general A/V systems maintenance.
\tMaintain cleanliness and organization of the projection booth, tech areas in the Cinema, and storage rooms.
\tMust have excellent customer facing skills and exposure handling critical high-pressure issues for all levels of employees, including ELT members.
\tFundamental understanding of audio and video signal flow, Cinema projection systems, live sound mixing, wireless mic systems, and live event workflows.
\tStrong technical troubleshooting, problem solving, and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
\tAbility to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively with event teams, and work well with others under pressure.
\tCompetency in both Mac and PC Operating Systems
\tExperience with PowerPoint presentations in a Corporate Event environment.
\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
\tExcellent multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks while meeting specific deadlines.
\tEffective communication and presentation skills, and comfortability addressing various levels within the organization.
\tSkills:Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
\tKnowledge of and experience using Cinema projection systems.
\tKnowledge of and experiencing using Dante, ProTools, and Audio Architect.
\tExperience using Crestron Systems
\tExperience using complex KVM systems.
\tFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
