\tClient is Hiring Senior Level Tooling Manufacturing Planners to join our Production Engineering organization in Everett, Auburn, or Renton Washington.
\tIn this role, you will serve as contributors to help support the implementation and sustainment of new and existing build plans that significantly impact the quality and cost performance of the program. \tPrimary Responsibilities:
\tPlans and leads department/organization processes for developing, implementing and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
\tDevelops and plans manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
\tPrepares build analyses and cost estimate reports.
\tLeads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
\tParticipates in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
\tDevelops complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
\tManages tooling from initial design to end of use disposition.
\tLeads investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues.
\tLeads teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.
\tSupports enterprise level benchmarking to incorporate best practices.
\tLeads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
\tDevelops scheduling templates for use by others.
\tDrafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
\tDevelops and documents new job practices, techniques and standards.
\tWorks under minimal direction.
\tBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
\t1 or more years' experience in a manufacturing production environment.
\tAbility to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
\t6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
\tPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
\tExperience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
