What You’ll Do:

• Assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals

• Provide direct patient care and education for residents and families

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program

• Active Maryland SLP license

• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
