Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep housing units safe, comfortable, and move-in ready. Your day-to-day includes:

• Making plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and more
• Installing and maintaining HVAC equipment
• Handling carpentry work such as doors, windows, cabinets, floors, and roofs
• Completing electrical repairs
• Maintaining building interiors and exteriors
• Repairing household appliances and equipment
• Performing code-compliant work that meets NSPIRE standards
• Responding to emergency calls as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or three to six months related experience and/or training
• General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• HVAC experience preferred
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Dependable, hands-on, and ready to work
