Responsibilities - Operate and monitor press equipment according to work instructions
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
- Complete required production documentation
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Press department experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive starting pay of $20.95 per hour
