Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a nanny to care for our kids M-Friday, 8:45-5:15 p.m. with flexibility of hours weekly. We have 4 boys, however, 2 are in school from 9-2 and 3 are in school half the week 9-2 so it's primarily 1 -2 children until 2 p.m. and then it's 4 children until 5 p.m. when we are done with work. We appreciate someone who would be able to do school pick up, swim with the kids, and do some fun outdoor/indoor activities such as the library or aquarium. Open to someone who may want to be full-time eventually but interim for now.
