Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We both work 10 PM-6:30 a.m. and have a one-hour commute. We need someone to care for our 9-month-old in our home from approximately 7:30 a.m. until 1:00/2:00 p.m. so that we can sleep. We want her to maintain an age-appropriate sleep schedule and naps, rather than sleeping the entire time we're at work.
