Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Im looking for help with weekly school pick up on Thursdays at 2 p.m. for my 12-year-old. End time is flexible. With her it will be more companionship than supervision. This may include picking her up, getting her started on homework/chores and helping out with some light housework. I would like to also build a relationship with the same person and use them for occasional sitting for my 2 and 3. 5-year-olds but they will not usually be home for those reoccurring Thursdays.
