Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great babysitter or nanny for 2 little boys in Minneapolis. We would prefer someone who could help with structuring activities, reading, etc. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets and who has college degree. Typical day will look like picking up from school at 3, snack, finish homework, then play! This will be from around 3 to 6 p.m. I can pay between $20 and $28 depending on your qualifications and fit.
