2nd Shift PCA Supervisor - Full-time

**Job Description** This position is for a 2nd shift supervisor for the Printed Circuit Assembly Manufacturing factory in Endicott, New York. **2nd shift hours are typically 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM.** The selected candidate will have responsibility for managing our 2nd shift assembly team of approximately 22 people. Duties include but not limited to ensuring mfg schedule is met, resource/labor planning, hiring personnel, developing team members, administering performance reviews and hosting daily schedule standups and shift handoffs. In addition to supervisor responsibilities the selected candidate will also perform production control tasks for the front end of the mfg process. This includes Surface Mount (SMT) line support and prioritization, X-Assembly and Final Inspection. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with the engineering support team to help solve problems that arise to ensure on time kit releases and SMT runs for production CCAs . **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Should possess a 4-year technical degree related to manufacturing or equivalent experience + Ability to manage assembly team members + Ability to work 2nd Shift + Experience in mentoring and developing team members + Ability to manage a team through difficult situations + Excellent communication + Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships + Great attention to detail **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
