Floor Tech

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting

Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, carpet extractors, vacuums, and floor sweepers

Apply sealants, waxes, and protective coatings to preserve floor surfaces and extend their lifespan

Conduct minor repairs and inspections to identify damage or wear on floors

Move furniture and equipment as needed to access floor areas safely

Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Restock cleaning supplies and perform routine maintenance on equipment
