As a locally owned nonprofit organization, we provide applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to children, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, OT, PT, Speech Therapy, and educational placement. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Role

As a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our team of autism services practitioners. You will also be involved in creating personalized intervention plans for our clients and providing expert guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care. Requirements

• QASP-S Certification

• Minimum 1 year experience in ABA

• Successful background check and references

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of autism services practitioners

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for clients

• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of care

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve our organizational goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in autism services
