Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, a premier Assisted Living Facility in Tavernier, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager and lead clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. As a Unit Manager (RN), you will provide clinical supervision to licensed nurses and CNAs, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards and medication pass procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed nurses and CNAs under the guidance of the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing

• Oversee daily care operations, including admissions, discharges, diagnostics, and emergency room coordination

• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards, medication pass procedures, treatment cart readiness, and crash cart protocols

• Conduct routine rounds to assess resident hygiene, room cleanliness, and overall care environment

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of CNA documentation, clinical alerts, refrigerator logs, and other quality indicators

• Coordinate care delivery with the on-site APRN, attending physicians, and Medical Director

• Assist in staff scheduling, dining room coverage, and incident report follow-up

• Participate in staff onboarding and in-service education sessions

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license (Required)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Prior nurse management or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus
