Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services

• Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

• Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Experience working with children

• Reliable transportation for in-home visits

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $118,000, based on experience
