Dietary Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Plan menus while maintaining budget and stock
• Adapt meals for special diets and medical needs
• Enforce strict food safety laws
• Maintain a clean and functional kitchen and dining area
• Keep logs for food storage and temperatures
• Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff
• Create work schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of geriatric nutrition
• Previous supervisory experience in LTC or food service
• CDM or CFPP preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
