Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently

- Assist customers with product or service questions, order processing, and troubleshooting

- Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
