As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible nutrition and support for their recovery journey.

About the Role:

As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will oversee the dietary operations of our facility, ensuring that every patient receives a well-planned, patient-centered diet that meets their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Food Service Management: Develop and implement meal plans, manage food inventory, and supervise food preparation and service.

• Nutrition Therapy: Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition therapy plans for patients with specific dietary needs.

• Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding food safety, quality, and sanitation.

• Staff Supervision: Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and nutrition aides.

Requirements:

• Certification: Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food service management, nutrition, or related field preferred.

• Experience: Dietary management or related field.
