  • Provide training and ongoing support to nursing staff on best practices in wound care, including current techniques and product usage

  • Participate in wound care rounds, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Mexico, in good standing

  • Strong clinical knowledge of wound assessment, staging, and evidence-based treatment modalities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, collaborate, and influence across care teams

  • Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care and improving clinical outcomes

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation
