Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and address resident needs

• Monitor and manage patient conditions, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team

• Implement and maintain infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan

• Valid CPR certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
