Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure excellent service.
• Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Quality Control: Ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns professionally with a solutions-first approach.
• Marketing Initiatives: Drive local marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Team Culture: Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building success.
• Highly organized with strong financial and operational management skills.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating a fun, lively atmosphere.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, especially during big games and weekends.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
