Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – New Jersey
A skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide leadership to the facility.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations
Lead and support department heads and staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor quality, staffing, census, and financial performance
Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain quality care
Address operational and employee concerns as needed
Qualifications:
Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator License required
Nursing home administration experience required
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
