Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend Nurse Supervisor, RN or LPN to join our healthcare team at Balanced Healthcare. As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our patients while also supervising and mentoring a team of nurses. Rate: $34.00 To $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses on weekends to ensure high-quality patient care and provide guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices to improve patient care and outcomes
• Stay current with industry developments and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably with experience in a supervisory role

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN in the state of Florida

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a degree in nursing or a related field
